Research conducted by Paul suggests guided movement sessions paired with electronic music may support nervous system regulation and post-exercise recovery. A new study supported by AlphaTheta and developed by Music and Movement is Medicine (MIM) has explored how structured movement sessions accompanied by electronic music can affect stress regulation and physiological recovery. The research combined biometric monitoring with guided dance and movement exercises to examine how participants responded physically during different stages of a curated session.
